Free shipping is good for all orders of compatible and remanufactured products to customers in the Continental U.S. and Canada. We ship primarily via UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation.

LOW COST SHIPPING On All Orders under $45!

Compatible and Remanufactured Orders under $45 ship for only $4.50! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in the Continental United States and is shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be displayed on checkout before you submit your order. Orders originating in the continental United States containing OEM supplies will be charged a standard shipping rate of $6 for orders under $100 and a rate of 6% over $100.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

offers GUARANTEED SAME DAY SHIPPING when your order is received by 5:00 PM EST! Most customers get their products within 2-3 days! Orders after 5:00 PM EST will ship on the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Fridays will ship the next Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and are the minimum delivery time for in-stock products.

CHANGE ORDERS

We are happy to combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to change your order, you can do so by calling Customer Service. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it. See our Return Policy for more details.

SHIPPING RISK

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, the carrier is responsible for your order's arrival and can be contacted.

We are happy to serve our customers in the Armed Forces and ship all compatible products via USPS mail to APO, FPO. AE & AP addresses. All compatible orders over $45 are shipped for free. We are even capable of covering the cost of insurance! Contact us to inquire about special needs.

We charge a flat fee of $20 for all purchases $100 or less. Shipping charges for purchases above $100 are calculated as follows:
