Return and Refund Policy

Some restrictions apply. Please read all guidelines thoroughly.

Return Guidelines

Full refunds or replacements are awarded for*:
  • Defective products
  • IncDuck shipping errors
  • IncDuck packaging errors
  • IncDuck web site content errors
* A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns, including unneeded or wrongly ordered items.

All non-defective products must be returned in packaging in an as-new condition. Further, all returned products (defective or non-defective) must be:
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Enclosed with warranties cards, manuals, and accessories
  • At least 70% full**
** Consumables found to be less than 70% full on return will be charged to your account

Non-Refundable Products
  • Special order items
  • Discontinued items
  • Items purchased from retailers other than IncDuck

Return Instructions

1. Request an RMA number

All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number using our RMA Request Form. An IncDuck Customer Service representative will promptly process your request. If you do not hear from us in 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, please call Customer Service. Our Customer Service representatives are available M-F, 9-5 EST.

2. Complete the RMA Request Form and select refund or replacement

Specify your return preference for refund or replacement on the RMA Request Form. If you choose the refund option, credit will be applied to your credit card upon receipt of the returned product according to the return guidelines. If you choose the replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately. If the original return is not received within two weeks of the request, the replacement cost of the new product will be charged to your credit card.

3. We'll send you an RMA pre-paid postage label via email or physical mail

4. Send your return

Be sure to use your free pre-paid mailing label with your return. Not using the pre-paid return label will delay the processing of your refund or replacement considerably. Further, include a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip with your return. Please send your returns to the address listed on the label.

5. Receive your replacement or refund

If you are returning items for refund, you will be refunded in the method in which you paid after we confirm that all returns meet the return guidelines. Product replacements can be expected to arrive soon after you send your RMA request form.
